handled accurately and immediately. We will ensure your home closes properly and on time by following through on all the various components necessary to close your deal.

Inspections
You’re on the “HOME” Stretch!
Final details are handled and inspections are performed to ensure the property is “perfect” for you.  We have an extensive network of contractors and service providers who we KNOW will get the job done right for the right price. This stage is also where the critical contract details are further negotiated, and we head to closing!
